Purpose

As members of GoodBot, you embody and represent GoodBot’s brand and values. High standards of hygiene and a neat, professional appearance support a positive, productive workplace.

Scope This Policy applies to all members of GoodBot, which includes, but is not limited to employees, contractors, volunteers and partners.

Policy

Members are expected to maintain high standards of personal hygiene and present a neat, professional appearance at all times. Casual clothes, such as jeans, t-shirts, etc. are permitted at work with the provision that such clothing is clean, neat, and does not bear wording, symbols, or images that might be deemed offensive .Any representation that contradicts or compromises GoodBot’s values, code of ethical conduct, or diverse and respectful workplace will not be permitted. Please remember that you are expected to follow our dress policy when you represent GoodBot at a public venue; consider the nature of the event and choose your attire accordingly. We have an informal work environment, but not all events we attend are informal functions.
