Off Duty Conduct

Purpose

GoodBot position throughout the world is dependent on maintaining good relations, and upholding GoodBot reputation as a non-profit organization that focuses on responsible and ethical technology practices to make our world safer and fairer. The conduct of members, at any time, should uphold and abide by GoodBot’s Code of Conduct and Policies, if that conduct may be connected to or seen to represent GoodBot.

Scope

This Policy applies to all members of GoodBot, which includes, but is not limited to employees, contractors, volunteers and partners.

Policy

Unlawful, unethical, or other conduct by GoodBot members which may jeopardize GoodBot’s reputation or position whether during or after business hours will not be permitted.

When you are off duty, including at GoodBot’s workplace, or attending a GoodBot’s function, you are expected to behave in a manner consistent with our Code of Conduct, Policies, and Values.

Actions which adversely affect members or the public are cause for disciplinary action and/or termination of employment/ volunteer tenure.
