Purpose

GoodBot recognizes the benefit of open and clear Hours of Work.

Scope

This Policy applies to all paid employees of GoodBot.

Policy

The normal core hours of the GoodBot office are 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday. In line with our flexible culture, you may start and end your work day earlier or later, with approval by your manager.

Due to the nature of our business, public engagements, and international time zones, work schedules may vary depending on your job and department.

Hours of work will be scheduled or approved by your manager as per operational needs.

The normal work week is 37.5 hours consisting of 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday including a 30 min unpaid break. Some employees, however, work and are paid on the basis of a different work week as per their contracts. Provisions and conditions under certain funding grants may also affect hours of work.

Hours Free From Work

Employees must have at least eight hours off in between shifts.
